At Retro Game Repair Shop, we want to ensure your vintage hardware projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure that your items are in their original packaging and have not been soldered, modified, or installed, as altered electronic components are non-returnable.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using anti-static bags and protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the components to verify their condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
