When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused and uninstalled parts. Please note that components showing signs of soldering or installation cannot be returned due to their delicate nature.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship retro gaming parts worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Are your replacement screens and shells original or aftermarket?
Most of our inventory consists of high-quality aftermarket upgrades, such as IPS displays and custom shells. However, we also stock refurbished OEM parts which are clearly labeled as 'Original' in the product description.
What should I do if a part arrives damaged?
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If a component is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item to initiate a replacement.
Do you provide technical support for installations?
While we do not offer one-on-one technical support, we provide detailed installation guides and video tutorials for most of our kits on our product pages and blog.
